Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Repair Technician to join our team in Bossier City, LA. This role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring various types of furniture to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with furniture repair, woodworking, upholstery, or related skills, along with a strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged furniture and determine the best repair solutions.
- Perform repairs on wood, upholstery, leather, and other furniture materials.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques to restore furniture to its original condition.
- Touch up and refinish furniture surfaces as needed.
- Replace or repair broken components such as legs, arms, drawers, and hardware.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about repair needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in furniture repair, woodworking, upholstery, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials, including wood, fabric, and leather.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
