Job Title: Apartment Make Ready Technician
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15.50/Hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that apartments are fully prepared for new residents by completing necessary repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs, including drywall patching, painting, and hardware replacement
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
- Ensure all appliances and fixtures are in working condition before move-in
- Clean and inspect units to meet quality standards
- Assist with general maintenance tasks on the property
Requirements:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance, make-ready, or a related field preferred
- Must provide own tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
