Job Full Description

  • An local Management Consulting client is seeking an Office Assistant to help the organization to run the daily administrative operations. Our ideal candidate will be eager to learn all key elements/processes within the healthcare supply-chain industry (or already has medical healthcare industry experience). The ideal candidate will also be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks while working independently to achieve results.

    Pay: $18-$22 Hr

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Updating internal customer rosters, marketing materials and other CMC pertinent documents monthly
    •A willingness to work closely with the Director of Operations on special projects, under time constraints
    •Strong written and verbal communication skills
    •Filing important internal documents daily and/or weekly
    •Schedule and help plan off-site meetings and appointments for key client engagements
    •A willingness to be trained on the company’s ERP Software program XERO (it is similar to QuickBooks)
    •Seek and uncover RFP, Bids and Solicitations on various Local, State, Federal Gov’t portals
    •Overall good computer skills, with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Excel -spreadsheets a plus)

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
    2-8 Years of proven experience handling internal office operational requirements (in any industry)

    PREFERRED SKILLS
    Some Knowledge of the Healthcare industry (either a clinical based knowledge and/or a knowledge of medical products -disposables, devices & capital equipment)
    Must be organized with a willingness to learn, problem solve with the understanding that their opinion will be accounted on throughout their employment journey!
