Our client is seeking a Wholesale Lead!
Responsibilities:
- Use inventory & shipping ERP software to enter data to process and fulfill orders
- Pack and handle orders according to specifications to ensure order accuracy and may require special packaging & handling
- Prepare professional email correspondence communications to answer questions, assist with orders, and provide information
- Professionally handle vendor calls specific to the product line to answer questions or provide information when needed
- Maintain spreadsheets & documents using Excel, Dropbox, Google Docs, and ERP software (inventory & shipping)
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Solid time management, attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and in writing
- Very proficient computer skills: Excel (must have solid experience with spreadsheets), Word, Outlook, Dropbox, Google Docs. Previous ERP software & shipping software skills are highly preferred.
- Positive team attitude
- Ability to stand and move around during the entire shift (not a desk job)
- Schedule flexibility during busy times is required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs. regularly
- Previous order processing, packaging, or order fulfillment experience preferred
