Job Full Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative based in the Frederick County area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outside sales, customer service skills and proficient familiarity of Frederick County and surrounding cities.
** Base salary + Commission + Travel Reimbursements **
Primary Duties:
- Assist in managing client accounts and relationships
- Meeting with clients and prospects in B2B and outside sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive business growth
What we look for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and terminology
- Experience in Territory Management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and computer skills (typing, answering phones, documenting)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
