Hours:
- Monday- Friday-8:30a-4:30p On-call on a rotation basis-Eval-Hire

- Must have own transportation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills
- Experienced maintaining indoor and outdoor areas
- Experience painting, carpentry, dry wall, minor plumbing, basic electrical and Flooring
- Prep vacant units for new residents to move in
- Outdoor grounds maintenance-trash removal, mowing, trimming shrubbery
- Snow/ice removal
Experience:
- HVAC experience A+-will train
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to communicate with team in a timely manner
- Must be able to work independently as well as on a team
- Must be able to prioritize
- Bi-Lingual Spanish A+
