Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional lawn care services.
- Inform clients of issues on their property and offer recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles (cleaning, inspections, reporting repairs).
- Meet individual and company production goals.
- Communicate promptly with customers and management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and active medical examiner certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Obtain Maryland Department of Agriculture Certification after one year.
