Job Full Description

We are recruiting for a Client Services Supervisor for our client, a biomedical company in Ayer, MA. This is a Direct Hire position. The Client Services Supervisor assists the Revenue Cycle Director and contributes to company-wide Sales and Marketing efforts by managing channel sales and state programs, providing phone support, and supporting marketing, sales, and Revenue Cycle initiatives.

 

Responsibilities of Client Services Representative:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by processing orders and resolving issues promptly, professionally, and compassionately, ensuring patients, families, institutions, clinics, vendors, and colleagues receive optimal service.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails in the Sales inbox, oversee faxes and incoming orders from other portals, and ensure all communications are addressed and up-to-date daily, following management guidelines.
  • Oversee all major distributor, wholesale, DME, and Pharmacy accounts, participate in regular meetings and calls, and relay relevant information back to the team.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is current in Salesforce, enabling the team to request and obtain missing documents or those nearing expiration when processing orders.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team to ensure timely order shipments within customer SLAs. Run daily OMS reports to prioritize pending orders and work with the Operations Team to monitor inventory levels and resolve issues. Compile weekly data and updates into a shared file for the team.

Requirements of Client Services Representative:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in healthcare management, overseeing departments with high-volume calls or third-party billing in medical, pharmaceutical, or DME settings.
  • Proficient in third-party billing and collections processes, including HMOs, PPOs, Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, government, and out-of-state plans.
  • Strong leadership, management, and people development skills, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse personalities at all levels.

This is a Direct Hire position with great growth opportunities. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM. The salary is $76,000-$96,000/year depending on experience.
