Job Full Description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator for a manufacturing client in Littleton, MA. This role involves supporting our sales department and managing operational processes.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls not routed to Sales Executives, creating a positive first impression and assisting as per defined strategies.

  • Provide excellent customer service with quick response times, follow-up communication, and comprehensive knowledge of Triumph’s products.
  • Support the Sales Team by updating and maintaining Triumph’s CRM, HubSpot.
  • Update contact and company information in the CRM.
  • Maintain the health of HubSpot contact records.
  • Complete quotations using the sales software SAP, as needed.
  • Assist Sales Consultants when they are unavailable (e.g., at job sites, on PTO).
  • Research and identify decision-makers in targeted industries and companies, making 10-30 calls a day to support these efforts (closing deals is not required).
  • Update contracts and initiate billing on new orders once delivery is complete.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, or order status.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and interactions with prospective customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings as required and participate in committee meetings as invited.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent clerical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers both on-site and remotely.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

 

The pay is $60k-$65k DOE. This is a full time position with great growth opportunities.
