Job Full Description
We are recruiting for Forklift Operator / Fulfillment Specialist for our client, a biomedical company in Ayer, MA. This position will master the order fulfillment process from start to finish, picking product from a pick list and preparing the order for shipment while using Forklift.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store all warehouse stock with clearly marked inventory, cased & palletized in designated marked storage locations.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as requested.
- Move or transfer finished goods to internal warehouses or other warehouse locations
- Prepare and stage daily materials required for production
- Verify completed finished goods pallets have the correct case count, lot code, best-by date, and label
- Accurately complete material transfers, receipts, and in-process forms and performs data entry
- Maintain real-time material usage and transfers using Warehouse Management System
- Able to possess and maintain a valid forklift license issued by the company.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years Forklift experience required
- 2+ year work experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in computers
The hours are Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM. The pay rate is $22-$24/hr DOE.
