Job Full Description
We are actively seeking a Client Services Coordinator for our client, a legal firm in Acton, MA. The ideal candidate will handle intake calls, respond to inquiries, schedule attorney appointments, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately prepared.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle intake calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and web forms.
- Schedule appointments for attorneys and ensure all necessary details are recorded.
- Present and promote the company’s services to potential clients, helping to convert inquiries into consultations.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients to answer questions and encourage engagement.
- Prepare client packets, including worksheets and other necessary documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and assemble folders for attorney meetings, verifying that all required forms are properly filled out.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience with a track record of delivering high-quality client interactions.
- White-glove service mentality – ability to provide premium, attentive customer care.
- Experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
This position is a six-month temporary assignment. The hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The pay is $25.00/hr.
