Job Full Description
We are seeking Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Devens, MA. The main responsibilities will be to operate and monitor production equipment, inspect materials for quality, record production data, and work collaboratively to support efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products
- Load raw materials and monitor feed systems to ensure uninterrupted production
- Match load tags with stacks and confirm product dimensions are correct
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Manually combine products as needed for final packaging or shipment
- Follow all customer specifications as detailed on work orders and labels
- Use a computer to accurately record production data
Requirements:
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

This is a 2nd shift position Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM and must be able to work overtime as required. The pay rate is $21.25/hr.
