34 building apartment complex in Rockland needs someone to clean the common areas and maintain the property.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-12pm. Pay is $18/hour.
*MUST have professional cleaning experience*
Drug test + Background check required.
Main responsibilities to include:
Vacuum, sweep, and mop office, community room, and all hallways in common areas
Clean glass doors, side panels, and hall windows
Keep bathrooms clean and free of debris
Sweep/air blow entry way
Empty trash containers, replace liners
Remove lint from dryers and clean machines in laundry room
Dust surfaces and furniture
Notify maintenance if needed
