Job Full Description
Office Coordinator needed for industrial equipment supplier in Hanover, MA on a Temp to Hire basis.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no overtime, no weekends).
Rate of Pay: $20/hour to start.
Primary Focus: Data entry and customer service.
Preferred Experience: Sales and/or accounts receivable (AR) experience is preferred, and a background in human resources (HR) would be a plus.
Key Qualifications: We’re looking for someone highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with strong Excel proficiency, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
•Answering and managing phone calls
•Communicating with customers via phone and email
•Taking and entering customer orders
•Processing invoices and returns
•Entering e-commerce orders
•Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed
