Express Employment is currently looking for a Parts Coordinator for our client in Agawam, MA.

Job Summary:
Effectively coordinate with suppliers/ vendors to quote prices to customers, place parts orders, coordinate shipping, manage backorders, maintain vendor relations and working closely with accounting department to ensure invoices and billing are done in a timely manner.
Job Details:
- Preparing customer quotes
- Communicate delivery dates and backordered items to VP of Product Support
- Answer, screen, log and direct calls
- File service reports and keep books updated on a weekly basis
- Input service report data into manufacturing systems on a weekly basis
Job Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong math skills
- Attention to detail
- Work experience in customer service environment required
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work multi-line telephone
