Job Full Description
Our client in Plymouth, MA has an IMMEDIATE need for CNC Machinists on their 2nd shift. The CNC Machinists will set up, operate and monitor CNC Milling & Lathe machinery. Candidates with experience on Swiss type lathes, mills, mill-turn equipment are preferred.
CNC Machinist Responsibilities include:
· Set-up, operate and control processes on machines
· Select and install tooling, work holding and fixtures appropriate for each job
· Maintain and perform daily preventative machine maintenance; troubleshoot and solve routing problems and issues
· Document work performed and maintain production records
CNC Machinist Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent, Technical/Vocational school preferred
· Proven experience as a Machinist in a production setting
· Read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, SOPs and other technical information in English
· Attention to detail, good mathematical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Thursday / 3:15pm – 1:45am
Pay Rate: $20 and up based on experience / 15% shift differential
