Our client, a growing medical device company in Natick, MA is looking for a Customer Service Representative!

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience and high level of service
  • Process customer orders, returns and changes timely and accurately
  • Maintain accurate customer inventory records
  • Provide timely and accurate information on customer order status 
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of products and services related to quality and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the team (including C.S. Manager, Administrators and Director)
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings

Skills and Experience of Customer Service Representative:

  • Customer Service skills/experience
  • Knowledge of principles of quality and regulatory standards (Following FDA Regulations and SOP's)
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Medical device industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
