Job Full Description
Our client, a growing medical device company in Natick, MA is looking for a Customer Service Representative!
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
- Provide an excellent customer experience and high level of service
- Process customer orders, returns and changes timely and accurately
- Maintain accurate customer inventory records
- Provide timely and accurate information on customer order status
- Maintain and apply knowledge of products and services related to quality and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the team (including C.S. Manager, Administrators and Director)
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
Skills and Experience of Customer Service Representative:
- Customer Service skills/experience
- Knowledge of principles of quality and regulatory standards (Following FDA Regulations and SOP's)
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Medical device industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
