Our client, a company offering eco-friendly HVAC solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team!
The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team and take their career to the next level
Compensation: $100K - $120K (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM - Weekends on an as needed basis
Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Manager:
- Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for repair or maintenance
- Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided
- Develop and implement training programs for HVAC technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications and Experience of the HVAC Service Manager:
- A strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems
- Must have experience managing a service team
- EPA Cert or License required
- Experience using Service Titan is a HUGE plus
- Plumbing or Sheet Metal license a plus
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided
