Our client, an engineering firm in Wellesley, are looking for an Office Manager to help run their operation!

Schedule: Part Time - Flexible Schedule - 2-3 Days per week
Pay: $35-$40/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Manage office operations for the firm
- Handling the invoicing for clients
- Manage company payroll/coordinating with 3rd party payroll processor
- Coordinating with consultants and gathering information
- Acting of point of contact for light HR Duties
Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Office Manager:
- 5+ years of Office Management/Administrative experience
- Prior Experience in Consulting Engineering, Architecture, Construction management or related field (Preferred)
- Experience using QuickBooks and/or Deltek for payroll, invoicing and financial records (Preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet deadlines efficiently
