Job Full Description

Our client, a well-established pediatric doctor's office, is looking for a Medical Assistant to join their team in Wellesley!

Schedule: Monday-Friday - Up to 40 hours per week  

Pay: $22.00-$25.00+ per hour - Depending on experience 

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant: 

• Be the first point of contact and provide a friendly face for families and patients
• Assist with patient scheduling and check in's 
• Measuring and recording vital signs 
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Preparing and processing lab specimens 
• Helping physicians with patient examinations
• Assist with finger pricks and blood draws 
• Data entry into EPIC software 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Medical Assistant:

• Medical Assistant experience 
• Experience using EPIC EMR software
• Strong attention to detail
• Welcoming and friendly attitude 
• Excellent communication skills
