Our client, a third-party collection agency, is looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team!
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who adapts quickly, follows through on projects, and is comfortable with phone communication throughout the day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
Pay: $25.00/hour
Responsibilities of the Client Service Administrator:
- Entering and maintaining client information into the database
- Answering the phone and assisting customers
- Generating and sending weekly reports
- Posting payments to accounts
- Sending documentation to consumers when requested
- Assist with additional projects as needed
Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Client Service Administrator:
- Experience in Customer Service and managing a phone line
- Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to schedule appointments and update calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in handling administrative duties (preferred)
- Strong phone communication skills
- HS Diploma required
