Our client, a third-party collection agency, is looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their growing team! 

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who adapts quickly, follows through on projects, and is comfortable with phone communication throughout the day.

 Schedule: Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

 Pay: $25.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Client Service Administrator:

  • Entering and maintaining client information into the database
  • Answering the phone and assisting customers 
  • Generating and sending weekly reports
  • Posting payments to accounts
  • Sending documentation to consumers when requested
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Client Service Administrator:

  • Experience in Customer Service and managing a phone line
  • Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to schedule appointments and update calendars 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in handling administrative duties (preferred)
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • HS Diploma required
