Our client, a third-party collection agency, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their growing team! 

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who adapts quickly, follows through on projects, and is comfortable with phone communication throughout the day.

 Schedule: Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week - In person

 Pay: $23.00/hour

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Administrator: 

  • Accurately enter client leads and client information into the CRM system
  • Update existing leads and client accounts with marketing information
  • Ensure that all signed contracts are scanned and filed 
  • Keep all data current and organized to make it easy retrieval and analysis
  • Ensure all sales and marketing processes and instructions are up to date
  • Identify new lead opportunities and enter into the CRM system
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience of the Client Service Administrator:

  • Experience with data entry and database maintenance 
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing basic practices
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
