Apartment Maintenance Tech
An apartment complex in Ann Arbor is looking for a maintenance tech.
What you’ll be doing as a Apartment Maintenance Tech
- Handle daily work orders including carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical and plumbing, boiler repair, and appliance repair.
- Manage apartment turnovers and perform morning grounds clean-up.
- Perform snow removal and participate in one week on-call rotations.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Apartment Maintenance Tech
- At least 1 year of experience as a service technician
- Previous experience working with light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Additional information for the Apartment Maintenance Tech
- $17.00- 19.00 hourly
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Ann Arbor, MI 48105
