Import Export Agent – Afternoon Shift
We are looking for engaged, tech savvy Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced logistics company in Ann Arbor. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently keep detailed records and manage priorities.
What you’ll be doing as an Import Export Agent
· Data entry of tasks that vary between communication and account set up
· Communicating with ground handlers and customs to ensure freight/cargo is cleared to be on the aircraft.
· Ensuring proper scheduling timeline for incoming/outgoing freight
What you’ll need to succeed as an Import Export Agent
· 1 year experience in office setting
· 1 year experience with data entry
· Industry experience with freight/cargo is a plus
Additional information for the Import Export Agent
· $18.00 hourly
· Monday-Friday, 1:00PM-9:00PM
· Overtime available
· Ann Arbor, 48108
