Building Maintenance Technician
A vibrant community in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate seamlessly manages work orders and turnovers for a 350-unit co-operative, blending technical prowess in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and appliances with strong organizational skills for efficient and effective maintenance.
What you’ll be doing as a Building Maintenance Technician
- · Efficiently completing work orders for a co-operative comprising 350 units, addressing various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, light electrical work, light plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, HVAC maintenance, and appliance repairs.
- Play a key role in the turnover process, ensuring that units are promptly and effectively prepared for new occupants.
- Duties extend to snow removal and grounds cleanup, contributing to the overall safety and aesthetic appeal of the co-operative's premises.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Building Maintenance Technician
- 3+ years of previous building maintenance or residential maintenance
