Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
An apartment complex in Ann Arbor is looking for a maintenance tech. This is an DIRECT HIRE position with our client.
What you’ll be doing as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
- Assign daily work orders to maintenance team, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks.
- Manage various maintenance responsibilities including carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical, plumbing, boiler and appliance repair, and apartment turnovers.
- Maintain grounds through morning clean-up duties and handle snow removal.
- Rotate on-call duties weekly to provide immediate assistance as needed.
What you’ll need to succeed as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
- 3+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance
- 1+ years of supervisory experience including directing work, evaluating performance and coaching
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, boilers and household appliance repair
- HS Diploma or equivalent
