SMT Operator/ Electronic Assembler -- SHORT TERM PROJECT
A manufacturing company in Saline is seeking an SMT (surface mount technology) operator. You’ll be responsible for operating equipment, quality inspection, and assembly.
What we look for in a SMT Operator/ Electronic Assembler
- 1 year of experience soldering electronics and circuit boards required.
- Conformal coating and small parts/electronics assembly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
What you’ll be doing as the SMT Operator/ Electronic Assembler
- Operate automated equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated inspection systems.
- Inspect products following IPC-A-610 standards to ensure quality compliance.
- Assemble boxes, cases, and other packaging materials for finished products.
- Follow work instructions to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production efficiency.

- $17.00 hourly
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
