E-commerce Sales Manager
A global supply company is looking for a E-commerce Sales Manager for their Ann Arbor location.
Experience needed to succeed as an E-commerce Sales Manager
- Minimum 3 years of consumer products sales experience with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
- Proven track record managing Amazon Seller accounts and Shopify stores, including listing optimization, sales reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, apps, and platforms.
- Skilled in implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing advertising campaigns to drive growth.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces new challenges, and takes a solution-oriented approach to achieving results.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
What you’ll be doing as an E-commerce Sales Manager
- Manage and grow global Amazon sales channels, ensuring performance meets or exceeds targets through data-driven strategies, account optimization, and vendor coordination.
- Analyze and report on ASIN performance, sales trends, and advertising effectiveness; develop annual budgets and ensure markets align with sales forecasts.
- Optimize Amazon listings, implement keyword strategies, and manage ad campaigns to maximize exposure, conversions, and profitability.
- Work across marketing, operations, and finance teams to align strategies, improve customer experience, and drive brand visibility on Amazon.
