Manufacturing Shift Supervisor
A manufacturing company in Saline is seeking a Shift Supervisor. This is a Direct Hire Position.
Experience needed to succeed a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor
- 3+ years of experience as a process tech or mold setter in the Injection Mold industry
- 3+ Years of Supervisory in a manufacturing role
- High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll be doing as the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Oversee a team of approximately 30-35 employees, including production staff, process technicians, material handlers, mold setters, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Complete and submit all shift reports accurately and on time.
- Train and onboard new team members effectively.
- Manage employee timecards and monitor attendance to ensure compliance.
- Assist with interviews and participate in disciplinary actions as necessary.

- Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am
