Mold Setter
Our client in Saline is looking for a Mold Setter to join their team. This position is a DIRECT HIRE and will be scheduled on 4th shift
Experience needed to succeed as a Mold Setter
- 3+ years of experience in an injection mold processing and/or mold setting role
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand written instructions
What you’ll be doing as the Mold Setter
- Optimize cycle time and perform setup, startup, and changeovers.
- Identify and correct problems, adjust, and train others on proper use.
- Analyze, improve, and adjust molding machine processes to maximize cost efficiency, quality, and throughput by establishing process control guidelines.
- Document changes, monitor scrap reduction, and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure consistent quality output.

- Rotating: Thursday & Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

- Rotating: Thursday & Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
