Corporate Recruiter
A well-known regional grocery chain is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter. The ideal candidate excels in daily tasks ensuring smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of HR recruiting experience, strong administrative and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to coordinate hiring processes and onboarding, with either a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What we look for in a Corporate Recruiter
- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruiting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or HS/GED with equivalent years of experience.
What you’ll be doing as the Corporate Recruiter
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job sites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Review resumes and applications, cross-referencing skills to identify the best candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist candidates with job offer negotiations and compensation discussions.
- Support new hires throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Additional information for the Corporate Recruiter position
- $60,000- $75,000 salary
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
