Quality Control Tech - B, C, D & Flex Shift
A manufacturing company in Saline is seeking an Quality Control Tech on B, C, D & Flex Shift. This is a DIRECT HIRE position.
Experience needed to succeed as a Quality Control Tech
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, specifically in plastic injection molding
- Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, check fixtures, and digital cameras, with at least 2 years of hands-on use
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
What you’ll be doing as a Quality Control Tech
- Maintain First Article parts, Visual Acceptance Standards, and process books with Engineering support.
- Conduct precise dimensional checks using advanced measuring tools.
- Perform internal audits and receiving inspections; document and communicate results clearly.
- Support supplier audits and contribute to issue resolution with customers and suppliers.
- Assist in continuous quality improvements across production and inspection processes.

- B shift 12pm-6:15pm MWF, 6am-6:15pm SaSu/ThFri
- C shift 6pm-12:15am MWF, 6pm-6:15am ThFri/SaSu
- D shift 12am-6:15am MWF, 6pm-6:15am SaSu/ThFri
- Flex, works A shift until they are needed to fill in on any other shift
