An industry leader in automotive components, this company is looking for motivated people to join their team! They offer a positive environment that is well-lit, provides training, and has opportunities for growth!
In this position, the Assembly person is responsible for assembling various automotive components at workstations. Physical requirements include standing in one place for long periods of time, repetitive wrist and hand motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Job Duties:
- Perform work in a safe manner, following all safety rules.
- Ensure component parts and finished assembly components with all quality checks required by the stations.
- Ensure that component parts used are those required for the part that is being assembled.
- Attach components in the prescribed order to assemble the product.
- Align, fit and secure components, using hand operations and fastening techniques for bench word.
- Assist all other operators on the line
- Sort and rework components on the assembly line or other locations to meet the quality requirements.
- Perform the work of all stations on a rotating basis as required by the company.
- Move parts from containers on the floor or other locations to the containers in the work area.
- Perform assigned work in an efficient manner based on company standards.
Pay: $16.50/hour + $1.00 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses as well!

Qualifications:
- 6 months+ of light industrial experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
