Hiring for assembly and inspection!
Manufacturer in Litchfield, a leading supplier of window regulators, door modules and mechanical control cables for the automotive industry is seeking full-time General Assembly laborers.
Location: Litchfield, MI
Position Type: Evaluation Hire, Full Time
Pay: $16.50 base pay + $1 shift premium
Schedule: Openings on all three shifts!
Job Description:
• Perform work in safe manner, following all safety rules.
• Assure component parts and finished assembly component with all quality checks required by the stations.
• Assure that component parts used are those required for the part that is being assembled.
• Attach components in prescribed order to assemble product.
• Align, fit, and secure components, using hand operations and fastening techniques for bench word.
• Assist all other operators on the line
• Sort and rework components on the assembly line or other locations to meet the quality requirements.
• Perform the work of all stations on rotating basis as required by the company.
• Move parts from containers on the floor or other location to the containers in the work area.
• Perform assigned work in an efficient manner based on company standards.
