We are hiring a 1st shift Property Maintenance Worker for a apartment complex located in Clinton Township. This position offers significant benefits including:

Job Duties:
- Removing items and furniture left in vacant units
- Restore unit to good condition for new tenant
- Repair dry wall
- Fix garbage disposal
- Hook up washer and dryer
Requirements:
- Previous property maintenance experience
- Light plumbing, electrical and dry wall experience
- Open to working in units that are likely dirty and unkept
