Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Representatives to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our mortgage products, and transfer interested leads to our sales team. This position is key to helping generate and qualify leads, ensuring potential clients are connected to the right mortgage solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing companies mortgage products.
- Identify prospects and transfer them directly to the sales team for further consultation.
- Accurately record call details and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead transfer goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of mortgages or a willingness to learn.
- Professional phone demeanor and ability to engage clients effectively.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
