Looking for a stable and successful company? We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator.

 

Customer Service Administrator in Detroit, Michigan

Shift Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay $18.50/hr

 

Responsibilities:

  • Checking daily releases, creating orders in WMS (warehouse management system.)
  • Maintaining customer specific requirements, sending and responding to customer emails, answering phone calls.
  • Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments for carriers. Sending ASN’s after loads have been picked up.
  • Assist with the checking in drivers at the shipping office window.
  • Organization and filing of paperwork.
  • Communicate inbound receipts and outbound loads to the warehouse personnel.
  • Assists with tracking and ordering of office supplies.
  • Coverage – Assists other customer services administrators when they are busy and help cover for other CSA''s when they are absent.
  • Handles sensitive customer care issues. Escalates when needed.
  • Review the ordering system regularly to ensure orders are shipped on time.
  • Continuous Improvements - Update/modify processes in the office when needed.

Position Type: Full time, Evaluation hire

Preferred Candidates:

  • Thrive in the manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • High School Education or GED
