Customer Service Administrator in Detroit, Michigan
Shift Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Pay $18.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Checking daily releases, creating orders in WMS (warehouse management system.)
- Maintaining customer specific requirements, sending and responding to customer emails, answering phone calls.
- Schedule delivery and pick-up appointments for carriers. Sending ASN’s after loads have been picked up.
- Assist with the checking in drivers at the shipping office window.
- Organization and filing of paperwork.
- Communicate inbound receipts and outbound loads to the warehouse personnel.
- Assists with tracking and ordering of office supplies.
- Coverage – Assists other customer services administrators when they are busy and help cover for other CSA''s when they are absent.
- Handles sensitive customer care issues. Escalates when needed.
- Review the ordering system regularly to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Continuous Improvements - Update/modify processes in the office when needed.

Preferred Candidates:
- Thrive in the manufacturing or warehouse environment
- High School Education or GED
