Job Full Description
Express is currently searching for Customer Service Representatives who have a passion for helping others for our clients in the Livonia and Novi, MI areas. Customer Service Representatives will receive inbound calls, and perform outbound follow up calls with clients. You'll assist with general inquiries, problem solve, and assist with increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Receiving orders via phone/email, and entering them into the system
- Handling confidential and sensitive personal information
- Tracking and following up with clients’ accounts, ensuring all accounts are up to date
- Data entry and processing payments over the phone and/or invoice processing
- Handling all customer inquiries with a positive attitude
- Processing product returns
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Positive communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Call center, or high call volume experience
- Document processing or data entry
- Product order entry
- Billing/Invoicing experience
