Job Full Description

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and obtain necessary consents.
• Design and document behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments.
• Provide ongoing assessments and staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, and coping skills.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, attend various program and planning meetings, and consult with medical professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of behavior programs; provide quarterly progress reviews.
• Maintain effective communication, ensure resident rights, and support team coordination.
• Adapt to work schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Psychology with state licensure.
