Job Full Description

• Conduct and document functional behavior assessments; obtain necessary consents.
• Develop behavior treatment plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments.
• Provide staff training in behavior strategies, coping skills, and structured routines.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and medical professionals; attend relevant meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate program implementation; provide quarterly progress reviews.
• Ensure effective communication, uphold resident rights, and support management.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• State licensure.
