Job Full Description
• Oversee shift production activities, supervision and adherence to company policy, procedures and corporate philosophy.
•Oversees shift schedules
• Shift training
•Follow up on accuracy of information from shift
•With Plant Manager and appropriate staff personnel, studies shift operations where standards are not being met to determine causes and applies corrective measures
•Organizes work for smooth shift operations. Arranges efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods and elimination of wasteful practices within shift
