  • Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. The QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all components, systems, and finished vehicles meet established quality standards. This position plays a critical role in identifying defects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the overall integrity of the manufacturing process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspect and Test Components: Conduct regular inspections of automotive parts and systems at various stages of the production process, from raw materials to finished products.

    • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet industry and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and safety regulations.

    • Analyze Data: Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to assess product specifications and tolerances. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify defects or non-conformance issues in production and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve them efficiently.

    • Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and production efficiency.

    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, testing results, and any corrective actions taken. Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

    • Conduct Final Inspections: Perform final quality checks and inspections before the product is shipped or delivered to customers.

    • Supplier Quality Management: Assess and evaluate the quality of incoming materials from suppliers to ensure they meet the required standards.

    • Training & Development: Train production staff on quality control processes and promote a culture of quality within the organization.

    • Reporting: Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance for management review. Recommend changes and improvements as necessary.
