Temporary Delivery Driver Helper Summary: Grand Rapids based premier window and door company is looking for a temporary driver’s helper to ride along to customers' homes and work sites around the state. The focus of this job is to support the driver with all the lifting and moving doors and windows as he drives to scheduled destinations, you may interact with customers so providing fantastic customer service is expected while making sure everything is handled with care and excellence.
Temporary Delivery Driver Helper Responsibilities:
- Ride along with the driver to deliver customer product
- Lift and carry doors and windows
- Interact with customers at customer location
- Exceptional customer service
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift 6am - 3pm but will work until done possibly as late as 8pm
- $18.00/HR- $19.00/HR depending on experience
Temporary Delivery Driver Helper Qualifications:
- Previous delivery or mover’s helper experience preferred but not required
- Ability to safely lift, carry as well as push and pull 50-100lbs alone during delivery
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
