We are hiring an Office Coordinator at a local small business. This position is integral to the success of the business as you will be serving as the face of the company and ensuring the office is ran smoothly. Someone who is customer focused, is self-directed, and is a strong communicator is necessary in this role. Apply today!

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming phones by setting up, rescheduling, and troubleshooting new and existing client calls
  • Run front desk operations and serve as face of organization
  • Coordinates and schedule services as needed
  • Manage and respond to office and accounting emails
  • Process daily mail and ship items when needed
  • Produce and manage quotes with new and existing clients
  • Handle all follow-up and change requests for quotes
  • Create and send electronic invoices
  • Assist with handling and documenting customer payments
  • Create and update work/service orders
  • Collaborate with management to update policies and procedures
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies 

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. During winter months Monday-Friday 9a-3p
  • $18-$22/HR based on experience

Office Coordinator Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to establish and manage priorities
  • Self-starter and manifests a proactive approach to all aspects of office responsibilities
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced work environment, being able to shift focus from one task to another
  • Must be goal-oriented, committed to the Company and its services, with the ability to meet any type of person(s) with confidence
  • Must be a team player with integrity and concern for the quality of service to customers and associates within the organization
