Specialty High Tech Operator Job Summary: A Fourth Generation owned and operated privately held company is looking for new team members to support their foam mold and fabrication process.
Specialty Operator Responsibilities:
- Working on a moving carousal line
- Prepping molds
- Pulling material from molds
- Changing hoses and spray guns
- Prepping for shipping
- Packing and labeling
Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm with overtime before shift and as required

Specialty Operator Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proven history of good attendance
- Ability to read simple work instructions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Lifting to 50lbs
- Team minded
- Strong upper body strength
- Okay with getting dirty
