Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with strong multi-tasking skills for our client’s team. This role requires a sense of urgency, the ability to navigate multiple software platforms and a fundamental understanding of distribution. Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to assure all customers experienced a safe and satisfactory delivery
- Process and input customer orders and receipts.
- Coordinate deliveries including special, last minute shipping requests with the transportation department expediting orders as necessary
- Trace orders as required and notify customers of activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracing information
- Updating customers regarding delivery delays or related issues
- Handle customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Assisting the dispatch team when necessary
- Uploading and downloading documents in the CRM software.
- Assist where needed in office duties such as Exception Billing, Order researching, and Filing of paperwork.
Schedule & Pay
- 1st shift Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm
- $20.00-$22.00/HR
Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Strong general computer skills including MS Office Suite; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and Internet communications required
- Previous experience using Salesforce a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written communication skills
