Job Full Description
CNC Router/Fabricator Job Summary: A national plastic materials supplier is looking for a CNC Router Operator to cut and process plastic materials to customer order.
CNC Router/Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Ability to run a CNC router
- Ability to read and understand basic prints
- Use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, tape measure
- Willing to cross train in other areas
- Review pick tickets and verify materials for order
- Fabrication and finish work like welding, gluing, peeling...
- Accurately filling and preparing orders for shipment
- Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday with additional overtime as needed
- $17.50/HR
- When hired opportunity for additional $3/HR
CNC Router Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC equipment (preferred) but will train
- Ability to use tape measure, calipers and micrometers is helpful
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift as required for duration of shift
- Able to lift/move 75lbs
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to read and understand work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's License and be able to get a Chauffeur's license if required
