Job Full Description
Shipping/Warehouse Associate Job Summary: A state of the art distribution center is looking for an Order Picker/Packer Warehouse Associate to join their high energy team.
Shipping/Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Using a voice to pick system to pick orders
- Scanning items
- Packing the small packages
- Maintaining a neat and clean work area
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks
- Developing skills to increase your pick rate to 225 lines an hour
Schedule: Mondays 11am finish Tuesday Thursday10am 7:30pm Friday 10am 7:30pm But when working overtime could be 9am 7:30pm M-F
*With Over time start time could be 9am every day*
Pay: $16.00/HR with a performance based weekly bonus
-Tier one $2.00/HR +Per hour
-Tier two $4.00/HR + Per hour
*All Bonuses are calculated on a weekly average of the tier or tiers achieved*
Shipping/Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work at a fast pace
Able to hit expected daily/weekly goals
Excellent attendance and reliability
Flexible to assist with other tasks as needed
Team oriented
Able to stand, walk for the entire shift
