What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you will:
- Operate CNC Machines: Perform semi-skilled operations with precision and efficiency.
- Use Computers: Utilize computer skills to operate machinery and perform tasks.
- Work Light: Engage in light work, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Start at $20.25/hr with opportunities for bonuses, profit sharing, and referral bonuses upon hire.
- Paid Hours: Enjoy a paid 8-hour shift, including lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks.
- Flexible Overtime: Typically available before or after your shift, with occasional Saturdays.
- Growth Opportunities: Train for a higher level after 90 days at your current position.
- Clean Facility: Work in a very clean and organized environment.
Schedule
- 3rd shift: Enjoy working during the evening hours with minimal mandated overtime and the flexibility to work overtime before or after your shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: CNC experience required.
- Skills: Computer experience required.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
