Job Full Description
A Wayland manufacturer is looking for a 1st shift Machine Operator to join their team! This job is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with a great company that promotes from within. Earn an additional $2/hr if you complete your weekly assigned shift hours. Make $18.50/hr hour if you choose! Lots of overtime available. Extra PTO available for perfect attendance, along with weekly and monthly bonuses. At least 6 months of Machine Operator experience required.
Machine Operator Details:
- Load metal pieces onto fixtures
- Unload welded parts and hand them to hand welder to perfect
- Meet hourly and daily rates
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Desire to work and learn new things
- At least 6 months of Machine Operator experience required.
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Overtime is Fridays and Saturdays: 4:00am- 12:00pm
Location: Wayland, MI
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $16.50/hr on 1st shift plus $2/hr bonus if you have perfect attendance.
